Shipping

• Customer can avail free shipping on all the orders value Rs.2499 or above
• Rs. 249 is charged orders below the value of Rs.2499. 
• Customers are supposed to pay before receiving the parcel due to security concerns.
• Orders placed by 04:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped same day.
• Orders received on sunday or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• During Sale days or promotions your orders may face a delay, but we will inform you if that happens.

Returns And Exchanges

• Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable in any form.
• Customer are advised not to accept any opened/damaged parcels and simply reject it at the time of delivery.
• We will accept any unused, unwashed product with original packing within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Parcel must be in its original condition, should not be damaged, use the same flyer or take the flyer from the courier company to send that parcel back to us.
• Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the return products.
